We provide a seamless "Crating → Packaging → Lifting → Loading → Securing → Customs → Ocean Freight" chain. The customer hands over the equipment at the factory gate; we handle everything through to delivery at the destination port — or the final job site.

1. Equipment-Specific Container Selection

Standard containers won't work for 45-ton equipment with non-standard dimensions. Our engineering assessment determines the optimal container type for each piece:

• Flat Rack Containers: For equipment that exceeds standard container width or height. Collapsible end walls allow over-width loading. Multiple flat racks can be loaded side-by-side on the same vessel.
• Open Top Containers: For tall equipment that can't fit through standard container doors. Loaded from above using gantry cranes or mobile cranes.
• Platform Containers: For the heaviest pieces — no sides, no ends, just a reinforced steel floor with lashing points rated for extreme loads.

2. Professional Lashing & Securing Engineering

Every piece over 10 tons receives a custom lashing plan prepared by our engineering team. The plan specifies:

• Number, type, and placement of lashing points on both the cargo and the container.
• Lashing chain/wire rope specifications with calculated breaking strengths — always with a minimum safety factor of 1.5x.
• Anti-slip matting requirements between cargo and container floor.
• Weather protection: tarpaulin covers for ocean spray, desiccant for humidity control.

The lashing plan is submitted to the shipping line for approval before loading — eliminating the risk of rejection at port.

3. Multi-Layer Protective Packaging

• Vacuum packaging with industrial-grade barrier film — prevents corrosion during ocean transit for sensitive machined surfaces.
• Heat-shrink wrapping for dust and light moisture protection on less sensitive components.
• Sheet steel / iron plate packaging for the heaviest components requiring impact protection during handling.

4. Priority Carrier Allocation

Through our relationships with major container lines, we secure priority space and priority loading — critical for project cargo where a missed sailing can delay an entire construction schedule by weeks.
