For single pieces exceeding 10 tons, we coordinate with professional engineers to produce custom lashing plans covering:
- Force analysis: Based on cargo weight, center of gravity, and anticipated accelerations during the voyage (longitudinal, transverse, and vertical directions) to calculate the required securing forces in each direction.
- Lashing point planning: Identifying the number, location, and rated capacity of lashing points on both the cargo body and the container floor.
